    Lucie Childs - Geography & Foundation Curriculum

    Supports schools across the local area to strengthen geography and foundation curriculum teaching through coaching, modelling, and mentoring.

    Lucie is an Achievement Leader who works with schools across the local area to develop geography and wider foundation subjects. With over 13 years in education, she has mentored NQTs and student teachers, helping them build confidence and inclusive classroom practice. Her expertise ensures non-core subjects receive strategic focus, enriching pupils’ learning across the curriculum. Lucie’s school-to-school work helps colleagues create broad, engaging programmes where every child feels valued.




    Hayley Nye - Science and Teaching & Learning, Dilkes Academy

    Works with schools to raise standards in science and embed high-quality teaching and learning strategies.

    Hayley is Deputy Headteacher at Dilkes Academy, with a wealth of experience in supporting schools to enhance science and classroom practice. A Science Subject Leader and STEM facilitator, she has twice achieved the PSQM Gilt Award and leads an ENTHUSE Project Partnership with DP World and STEM to boost pupils’ career aspirations in the industry. Hayley’s coaching, mentoring, and research-led approach equips teachers with the skills and confidence to deliver inspiring, impactful lessons.


     

    Kirsty Robinson - Maths, Quarry Hill Academy

    Provides maths leadership support, coaching, and curriculum development across all year groups.

    Kirsty is Assistant Headteacher at Quarry Hill Academy, SLE mathematics lead, and Year 6 lead. She supports teachers in developing leadership and improving teaching across the curriculum. With a Master’s distinction in Primary Education (Mathematics) and a PhD in progress, her work focuses on special educational needs and assessment in maths. Kirsty coaches colleagues in using concrete resources, fostering mathematical thinking, and developing reasoning skills. She has led successful change within the trust, driven by her passion to improve both pupil wellbeing and curriculum quality.


     

    Kristie Bradding - EYFS Leader

    Builds strong EYFS networks and promotes early identification of pupil needs.

    Kristie is an Assistant Headteacher with 10 years’ teaching experience across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. She works closely with schools across the trust to develop a strong, collaborative EYFS community where best practice is shared. Partnering with SENCOs, Kristie ensures early identification and targeted support for children as they transition into KS1. She champions the importance of early education, creating environments where every child has the opportunity to thrive.

     




    Stacie Weller - Primary Foundation Curriculum & KS2, Quarry Hill Academy

    Specialises in high-impact teaching strategies for Key Stage 2, particularly Year 6.

    Stacie is Deputy Headteacher at Quarry Hill Academy with over 13 years’ teaching experience in KS2. She is passionate about raising aspirations and encouraging pupils to take pride in their achievements. Within the trust, Stacie mentors student teachers, supports colleagues, and delivers training for Early Career Teachers. She is currently working towards her NPQSL, further enhancing her leadership skills to drive excellence in teaching and learning.


     


     
    Tracy Hart - Year 6 teacher

    Promotes consistent behaviour management and learning routines to maximise pupil progress.

    Tracy has taught across the primary age range, with significant experience in Year 6. She is committed to providing pupils with the best possible opportunities and understands the importance of embedding effective learning skills. Tracy’s approach combines high expectations with consistent behaviour management, enabling pupils to develop positive learning habits and achieve their potential.

     


     

    Hollie Watts - EYFS & KS1, Aveley Primary

    Develops early reading and writing skills to ensure long-term pupil success.

    Hollie is Assistant Head of EYFS and KS1 at Aveley Primary and Year Two lead. With teaching experience from KS1 to KS5, she understands how strong early literacy underpins future learning. Passionate about ‘reading for pleasure’, Hollie has implemented Whole Class Reading and developed an inclusive reading spine. She has led a new phonics scheme that has helped the school meet or exceed national phonics expectations, and she supports colleagues in delivering effective, engaging reading provision.


     
    Dan Scotcher - Teacher Development, Benyon Primary

    Specialises in developing early career teachers and embedding best practice.

    Dan is Deputy Headteacher at Benyon Primary and has been part of Catalyst Academies Trust since 2012. He has extensive experience mentoring NQTs, student teachers, and early career professionals through programmes including Teach Thurrock, Teach First, and the school apprenticeship route. A facilitator for the ECT programme, Dan uses tools like IRIS Connect to model and share effective teaching. His work ensures new teachers develop strong foundations and confidence in their practice.
