At Dilkes Academy, we are seeking a dynamic, creative, and compassionate SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) leader to work with pupils aged 5–11 who face complex learning difficulties. Our school is committed to fostering an environment where every child has the opportunity to thrive. We are focused on providing a broad, ambitious curriculum tailored to each pupil's individual Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs). These plans are developed collaboratively with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure that every learner's needs are met.

Our pupils are aged 3 – 11, ranging from Nursery to Year 6, and mainly live in the area surrounding the school.
