The Trust Board is made up of members of key stakeholders and invited partners. Representation by Headteachers and members of the Local Governing Bodies can be made through a series of forums and they may be invited to attend and participate in board meetings.
The Trust Board has overall responsibility and ultimate decision making authority for all the work of Catalyst, including the establishing and running of each academy. This responsibility is largely exercised through strategic planning and the setting of policy and is managed through the development of business plans, monitoring budgets, target setting and the monitoring of each academy’s performance over a range of key indicators. The Trust Board delegate responsibility to the Local Governing Bodies through the Catalyst Academies Trust Scheme of Delegation.
The Trust Board meet once per term in December, March and July.
